Wow Wow Wow, this photographers work has completely fascinated me the past few weeks. I had never heard of Rueben Krabbe before and now i have I'm always looking for his next projects. The way is able to make portrait and landscape coincide with one an other but not to allow one to over shadow the others. This image i have chosen to speak about is one of his skiing trips, he grew up on the slopes so they are second nature to him. I gained a lot of knowledge about this photographer from YouTube. He is a very modern artist and uses a lot of modern equipment to capture these moments. I even seen him lying in the snow!!! Now that's dedication! I haven't yet quite captured the art of laying in the middle of Dundee high-street yet to capture that illusive shot but I'm sure ill get there one day.

The image below caught my eye because if you split this image in half, its got 2 separate personalities, it kind of gave me that game of thrones vibes. Ice and fire. I think George RR needs to hit up Krabbe for his next project because the contrast between these two parts of these image has to be something you would only see in fiction. Its so eye-catching. I love the way he makes nature become the focal point. Making the model small enough to be seen and not heard essentially. I think he wants to show the gravity of the size of places he visits come across to the viewer. Which I think he does really well.

He looks like his shoots would take a lot of planning. There are so many factors that go into this which is understandable as he's hitting shots that are unfathomably awesome!
